Seated Exercise brought to you by The Acorn Cancer Support Group

Seated exercises are provided at all three meeting locations (Ramsey, St Ives and Huntingdon).

The seated exercises are designed to enhance health and well-being by improving mobility.

Seated exercises are delivered by Becky Adams at our St Ives meetups and by team members from One Leisure Active Lifestyles at our Ramsey and Huntingdon meetups. They are purely optional, but we encourage members to partake where they feel comfortable.

Following the positive experience of our seated exercise sessions in our group meetings the amazing Becky Adams has created a selection of videos so that our members can enjoy the benefits from the comfort of their own home. We encourage our members to partake in our online recorded sessions.

The sessions can be played through the website as below, or found directly on YouTube, on YouTube enabled devices (search ‘Acorn Cancer Support Group’).
