The new venue for the Ramsey Group is : Bury Parish Hall, Holy Cross Parish Church, Bury Ramsey, PE26 2NS

The meetings take place on the first Monday of the month. apart from Bank Holidays ( Next meeting Monday 15th May!) Time 11-00am to 1.00pm. The venue has ample car parking space.

The meeting offers tea, coffee biscuits, with an opportunity to chat with others, followed by Seated Exercises and individual Relaxation Therapies. with a light lunch before heading from home.
